Two Charged after Arson attack on Portsmouth Homeless Man

Police investigating an arson, after a homeless man’s belongings and bedding were alight in Commerical Road yesterday (9 April), have charged two women. Jerely Evans (25) of Lockerley Road, Havant, and Nicola King (22) of Mill Road, Waterlooville, have both been charged with arson and criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. The have both been released on bail to appear at South East Hants Magistrates Court at 9.30am on 25 April. Support has been offered to the homeless man.
