Murder Probe after woman Found Dead in Reading Property

Thames Valley Police has launched a murder investigation following an incident in Calcot, Reading. Officers were called yesterday (4/11) at about 3.30pm by the ambulance service after a 30-year-old woman was found at a property in Windsor Way with serious head injuries.

The woman’s next of kin have been informed and a post mortem will take place today (5/11). A 32-year-old man from Reading has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody. A scene watch is in place at the property while officers continue the investigation.
