A14 in Northamptonshire is closed in both directions following Van Collision

The A14 in Northamptonshire is closed in both directions. Eastbound between M6 / M1 (Catthorpe Interchange) and J1 (Cold Ashby) and westbound between J2 (Kelmarsh) and Catthorpe Interchange. This is due to a collision involving a van. Northamptonshire Police are carrying out investigations at scene. Diversion routes are in place: Eastbound traffic from the M6 and M1 should travel south on the M1 to J15 and take the A45 north/eastbound. Follow the A45 to re-join the A14 at J13. Westbound traffic should leave the A14 at J2 and follow the A508 northbound to the A4304 junction at Market Harborough. Here, join the A4304 westbound and continue to join the M1 at J20.
