Firefighters Battle Barn Blaze on Isle of Wight
Fire crews from across the Isle of Wight were scrambled to tackle a barn fire on Carpenters Road in Bembridge.
Quick Response from Shanklin and Ryde Teams
Crews from Shanklin and Ryde rushed to the scene just after 1.40pm on Tuesday. The barn, measuring only two metres by two metres, sparked the emergency call.
Flames Starting to Die Down
Three fire engines and one officer were dispatched to fight the small but stubborn blaze. Two of the fire crews have now been stood down as the fire begins to die out.
