Missing teenager Morgan Foster from Carlisle
Police and the parents are appealing for help to trace a 15-year-old girl who is missing from Carlisle. Morgan Louise Foster was last seen at home in Carlisle at 2.30pm on Saturday 18 May and is known to frequent the Sefton area. She is described as white, 5ft 3in tall and of slim build. She has blonde shoulder-length hair. When she was last seen, Morgan was wearing blue jeans with rips at the knee and a black bracelet. Anyone who has seen Morgan or anyone fitting her description is asked to DM @MerPolCC, call 101 or contact @MissingPeople on 116 000.
