Fatal Lorry Crash on A21 Near Pembury – Police Seek Witnesses

Tragedy struck on the A21 near Pembury on Wednesday, 30 October 2019, when a white Scania articulated lorry carrying plant equipment crashed fatally. The accident happened around 1pm between Pembury and the Kipping’s Cross roundabout.

Driver Dead at Scene

The lorry veered off the carriageway, killing the driver, a man in his 50s from Essex, who was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage

Kent police are investigating the cause of the crash and urgently need anyone who saw the lorry just before the collision to come forward. Dash cam footage from the area around the time could be crucial.
