Feltham Monster Jailed for 21 Years Over Hidden Sex Attacks

Jamie Rogers, 33, from Hanworth, Feltham, was locked up for 21 years at Kingston Crown Court on Friday, 17 January. He pleaded guilty to a shocking 12 counts of rape, 15 counts of assault by penetration, and 19 counts of sexual assault. On top of this, Rogers faces a further seven years on extended licence.

Dangerous Offender Locked Away

The judge branded Rogers a dangerous offender. He must serve at least two-thirds of his sentence before parole even gets a look in. Plus, he’s been slapped with a lifetime spot on the sex offenders register.

Attacks on Sleeping Victims

The court heard these vile crimes targeted seven victims between January 2009 and July 2017. Disturbingly, Rogers attacked them while they were asleep, leaving them none the wiser until police uncovered chilling evidence.

Detectives stumbled across images and videos on Rogers’ phone during an unrelated probe, which triggered a full investigation. He was charged and ordered to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court in October 2019.

Police Speak Out on Horrific Case

Detective Inspector Simon Dowling said: “Rogers took complete advantage of these individuals to fulfil his own depraved sexual fantasies. The victims were completely unaware of what had happened until police informed them.”

“They were left utterly shocked by the revelations and will have to live with the repercussions for the rest of their lives. We take all sexual offence reports seriously and hope this conviction sends a clear message: offenders will be brought to justice.”

Detective Constable Kevin Newton added: “This has been a long and challenging investigation. I’m pleased Rogers is behind bars, unable to harm anyone else. Our thoughts remain with the traumatised victims, and we thank them for their support throughout the prosecution.”
