Police are on scene with London Ambulance at Sandringham Road, Barking at the scene of a serious assault whereby multiple persons have been stabbed. One of the males is currently critical with life threatening injuries. A large scene is in place. Two people arrested for attempted murder, Police were called just 4.24pm on Sunday.

A spokesman for the Met Police said Officers  were called at 4.24pm  on Sunday, 16 February to Sandringham Road, Barking, to reports of a stabbing.

London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance also attended. The victim, a man in his mid-20s, has been taken to an east London hospital. His condition is critical. Two males ) have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. A crime scene is in place and enquiries continue.

The incident is being linked to a stabbing  that took place in  Dagenham, with a male, believed aged 19, stabbed in the hand. A crime scene is in place and enquiries continue.
