A man has been charged with murder after a woman died following a collision with a car on the A406 in January. Robert Barrow 54 of Chigwell, Essex was charged today (Friday, 18 April) with murder of Tahereh Pirali-Dashti, 40, and assault of a 56-year-old man. He is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 19 April. Both charges relate to an incident shortly before 11.50hrs on 20 January on the A406, Police were called to the scene following reports of an altercation between the occupants of two vehicles. Tahereh was treated at the scene before being taken to a central hospital. She remained there in a critical condition until she died on 10 April. Barrow was arrested at approximately 12.45pm on 20 January after a car was stopped in Islington. He was subsequently released on bail before being charged as above.
