Motorbike Mayhem in Ashford: Two Men Held After High-Speed Chase
Chase Ends in Arrest
A 30-year-old man was apprehended on Repton Manor Road, Ashford at around 11:05am this Saturday. Police suspect him of stealing a motorcycle, dangerous driving, refusing to stop, and failing to provide a breath test.
His 25-year-old passenger was also arrested over suspected motorcycle theft.
Police Followed at Safe Distance
Officers kept the stolen bike under close yet cautious surveillance after receiving reports of reckless riding. The suspects were finally caught when the bike stopped in traffic.
Both Released, Investigation Ongoing
Both men have now been released on bail while police continue their inquiries.
