Police are hunting for witnesses after a brutal assault on the A3093 in Andover yesterday morning.
Victim Attacked After Pulling Into Layby
The 46-year-old local man stopped in a layby near 7am alongside another vehicle. Suddenly, the other driver launched an attack, leaving the victim with cuts and bruises to his face and legs.
Suspect Arrested but Still Under Investigation
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm. He has since been released but remains under investigation.
