Nottingham Murder Shocker: Young Music Star Keany Kristal Kissingou-Mabiala, 20, Fatally Attacked in City Centre
Tragic Death Rocks Nottingham
Keany Kristal Kissingou-Mabiala, aged just 20 and well-known in Nottingham’s music scene, was fatally attacked on Milton Street, right in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. The brutal assault happened at around 1.15pm on Monday, 12 October.
Despite emergency crews rushing to the scene, Keany tragically died from his injuries before he could be taken to hospital.
Two Arrested as Police Crack Down Fast
Minutes after the attack was reported, police arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of murder. Later Monday evening, a 19-year-old man was also taken into custody as detectives continue their probe.
Both suspects remain in police custody, and officers say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
Investigation Underway
“This was a tragic incident that has resulted in a young man losing his life,” said Detective Inspector Steve Wragg, leading the investigation. “We thank the public for their cooperation so far.”
“Keany was a prominent figure in the local music scene and his death has left many deeply saddened. Our thoughts are with his family, who are being supported by specially trained officers,” Wragg added.
