Lorry and Cyclist Crash on A20 Sidcup Bypass
Police were called at 8.04am on Tuesday 17 November 2020 after a lorry collided with a female cyclist on the A20 Sidcup bypass, Kent-bound near the Frognal Corner roundabout slip road.
Cyclist in Hospital with Serious Injuries
Emergency crews, including officers and the London Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. The cyclist was found unresponsive and taken to a south London hospital. Her injuries remain serious and continue to affect her daily life.
No Arrests as Investigation Continues
The lorry driver was interviewed on site but no arrests have been made. Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are urging anyone who saw the crash or caught it on dash cam to come forward.
