Tragedy strikes as woman in her 70s dies in morning blaze
Fire Service Raises the Alarm
Just before 11am on Wednesday, 30 June, fire crews alerted police to a fire incident. Emergency teams rushed to the scene, but sadly, a woman in her 70s was found dead.
Death Treated as Unexplained, No Suspicion
Police say the death is currently unexplained but not believed to be suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner to investigate further.
