Man, 25, Arrested Over Fatal London Shooting
A 25-year-old man was arrested in south London in the early hours of Tuesday, 14 May, on suspicion of murdering 26-year-old Jazmel Patterson-Low. He remains in police custody.
Shots Fired in Croydon Dispute
Detective Inspector Martin confirmed a violent dispute erupted just after 2am, leading to shots being fired. Several people are being questioned to piece together what happened.
At around 2:30am on Saturday, 11 May, medical staff alerted police after Jazmel, suffering from a gunshot wound, was dropped off at St Thomas’ Hospital in a private car.
Victim Dies Despite Emergency Care
Despite urgent treatment, Jazmel sadly died shortly after 3am. The 26-year-old from Lambeth is the latest victim of violent crime in the area. His family is receiving support from specially trained officers.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
