Man Stabbed to Death in Essex Park

Essex police have launched a murder probe after a man was found with a stab wound in Northlands Park just after 1.30am on Sunday, 11 July. Paramedics rushed him to hospital, but he later tragically died.

Four Arrested Over Fatal Stabbing

Authorities arrested a 42-year-old woman, two men aged 41 and 45, and a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody while detectives dig deeper.

Targeted Attack, Police Say

“We do not believe there is an ongoing risk to the wider public,” said Detective Inspector Kev Hughes of the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate. “This appears to be a targeted incident involving people known to each other. Officers acted quickly to make arrests and investigations are continuing.”

Police Seek Witnesses and Footage

Uniformed and plainclothes officers, along with forensic teams, remain on-site. Locals may spot a heavier police presence over the coming days.
