Police Launch Murder Investigation After Woman Is Found Stabbed To Death At Her Home In East London

Emergency services were called this evening ( March 24). Officers found a  woman in her 40’s along with the London Ambulance Service (LAS).

Police were called to the address on Globe Road in Bethnal Green, East London just after 4.05pm on Thursday following concerns for the woman’s welfare.

 

Police confirmed that the woman died at the scene and her relatives have been informed. They are being supported by officers.

The death is being treated as suspicious and detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command have been informed. No arrests have so far been made and a crime scene remains in place with enquiries continuing.
