Menelik Campbell 20 of Dalston, is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
Elliot, aged 20, was found suffering from stab wounds inside his home in Plaistow on Tuesday, 19 April.
Medics worked hard to save his life, but despite their efforts, Elliot was pronounced dead at the scene at 4.31pm
