Kent Fire and Rescue Service is reminding the public to take extra care when lighting bonfires following a fire in a garden in Sevenoaks – UKNIP

Two fire engines were sent to the incident on Hale Lane, and crews arrived to a number of sheds and fence panels alight. Firefighters used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames. One occupant was passed into the care of South East Coast Ambulance Service for smoke inhalation, and the fire is believed to have spread accidentally from a nearby bonfire.
