Following A Fail-to-stop Collision In Bournemouth, Officers Are Appealing For Witnesses Or Anyone With Relevant Dashcam Footage To Come Forward

A collision occurred on Whitelegg Way, near the junction with Wimborne Road, around 1pm on Friday 3 June 2022, involving a black Vauxhall Grandland and a small white van.
According to reports, the van’s driver initially stopped but then drove away without leaving any information.
As a result of the collision, the van’s licence plate was broken.
I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened, or captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage to please come forward,” said Police Constable Phillip Pearson of Bournemouth police.
I’d also like to hear from anyone who has seen a small white van with a damaged number plate in the area since Friday, June 3, 2022.”
