Two Men Seriously Injured in Mysterious Salisbury Plain Crash
Two men have suffered serious injuries following a possible collision on Salisbury Plain, prompting a police appeal for witnesses.
Hospital Alert Sparks Investigation
Salisbury District Hospital called police at around 5:45 a.m. on 1st August after admitting two men with serious injuries. Officers believe the pair were involved in a crash somewhere on the south-eastern part of Salisbury Plain, possibly near Bulford.
Police Hunt for Witnesses and Abandoned Vehicle
Sergeant Alanna Wakeford of the Amesbury Community Policing Team said: “We are working hard to understand more about the circumstances that led to these two men being injured. We’ve already started searching the local area.”
She urged anyone who spotted a suspicious crash site or an abandoned vehicle to come forward. Police believe the men were in a smaller 4×4, possibly a Suzuki, and want to hear from anyone who may have seen it.
