London Dealer Caught Running ‘Chrissy’ County Lines in Swindon
Sulaman Keynan, 23, from Tottenham’s White Hart Lane, has been locked up for over five years after pleading guilty to multiple drug offences at Swindon Crown Court on October 26.
Five Years Behind Bars for Class A Drug Supply
Keynan admitted to supplying Class A drugs three times and possessing criminal property. He was sentenced to five years and three months in prison. He must serve at least half of that inside before being released on licence under strict conditions.
During his September 2021 arrest, police seized thousands in cash along with drug paraphernalia.
‘Chrissy’ County Lines Operation Busted
Keynan was running the notorious ‘Chrissy’ line, a cross-county drug network trafficking from London to Swindon. His downfall began when police arrested him for an unrelated crime and found a burner phone, £2,266 cash, cannabis resin, heroin wraps, and scales on him.
After breaching a suspended sentence, he spent months behind bars from September to May.
Police Chase Leads to Early Morning Arrest
The Fortitude team received fresh intel in May showing ‘Chrissy’ was back in action. Combined with the British Transport Police, officers tracked Keynan’s movements between Swindon and London by trawling hours of CCTV footage.
On June 28, dawn raids led by the Fortitude team and Operation Orochi—the Met Police’s county lines squad—arrested Keynan at his London home. He was swiftly charged and remanded.
PC Sam Young said: “This is the third time Keynan has been convicted of drugs offences and he’s now facing a lengthy sentence behind bars. If you come to Swindon to supply drugs or run county lines networks, we will find you, no matter where you are in the country.”
“This sends a clear message: drugs won’t be tolerated anywhere in Wiltshire.”
