Anthony Whitehouse, aged 42, was reported missing from the Headingley area on July 5 after family members had not heard from him for several days.
This is out of character for him and there are concerns for his welfare.
He is described as 6ft 1in tall, of stocky build, with mousy shaved hair with a beard and glasses. His current clothing is not known.
