Serious Crash Shuts A120 Near Marks Tey
Police were rushed to the A120 near Marks Tey just before midday today, Monday 10 July, after reports of a collision between a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) and a car near Poplar Nurseries.
Life-Changing Injuries for Car Driver
The car driver suffered potentially life-altering injuries. The HGV driver was hurt but only sustained minor injuries. Both drivers have been rushed to hospital for treatment.
A120 Closed for Hours – Avoid the Area
Officers are still working at the scene, so the road is expected to stay shut in both directions for several hours. Drivers are urged to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
