Up to 200 vehicles are estimated to be in attendance in Oaks Retail Park, Howards Way, Harlow.
The dispersal order will be in place from 9.30pm on Saturday 15 July until 7am the following day (16 July).
Inspector Danny Warner said: “We have taken this action to combat anti-social use of vehicles and because of the impact we know these types of events have on people who live in the area where they happen.
“Events such as this usually involve complaints about anti-social driving, speeding, racing, and loud exhausts.
“We want to protect the safety of all road users and minimise the disruption caused to our residents.
“Anyone found acting anti-socially will be directed by an officer to leave the area.”
