Derbyshire Constabulary has released images of individuals they wish to identify in connection with a robbery that occurred in Derby city centre. The incident took place on Thursday, June 8, at approximately 11.55pm in the River Gardens.
According to the police report, the victim, a man in his 40s, was followed by a group of men from the Market Place into the River Gardens. Once in the park, the victim was brutally assaulted, and the perpetrators made off with his wallet, phone, and headphones.
Since the incident, officers have been diligently pursuing several lines of enquiry, and they are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
Though the images released by the police may not be of the highest quality, investigators believe that someone might recognize the individuals depicted based on their distinctive clothing.
