Thief Snatches Phone and Wallet in Daylight Robbery

Chaos erupted at 9.20pm on Sunday, April 17, 2022, when a man was mugged in Marine Gardens.

Victim Attacked on Margate High Street

The suspect grabbed the victim’s phone and wallet, then forced him to withdraw cash from a cash machine. The victim refused, sparking a chase. The victim followed the attacker onto Margate High Street, where a brutal assault took place.

Suspect Makes Off with £100 and Valuables

The thief escaped with £100 cash, a mobile phone, and a credit card. Police have stepped up their hunt and released CCTV images to track down the culprit.
