Reece Phillips, 17, was last seen around 8.30 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022, in the Luton Road area.
He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, slim, and with short, dark hair.
Reece is thought to be wearing a navy blue tracksuit and a blue baseball cap.
‘Reece may have been spotted in the Strood area, and officers are concerned for his welfare,’ said Inspector Sam de Lozey.
‘Anyone who has seen Reece or knows where he is should contact us immediately.’
