Man Charged Over Salisbury Dog Attack

A man has been charged following a dog attack on a woman in Salisbury on January 14.

Owner in Court for Dangerous Dog and Serious Injury

John-Paul Hibbell, 43, of no fixed abode, faces charges of section 18 grievous bodily harm and owning a dangerously out-of-control dog. The incident happened on Castle Street.

Victim Hospitalised, Dog Now in Care

The woman, in her 30s, suffered minor but serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. The dog involved has been placed in suitable care.

Next Court Date Set

Hibbell has been released on bail and will appear at Salisbury Crown Court on February 10.
