A 38-year-old man from Newquay has been charged following a serious incident on Sunday 12 March.

Ghenadie Babii Faces Rape Charges

Ghenadie Babii, of Narrowcliff, Newquay, is accused of raping a woman linked to the case.

Remanded in Custody

Babii appeared at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on Friday 17 March and has been remanded in custody while investigations continue.
