Man Found Dead with Head Injury on Kingsland High Street

A man believed to be in his late 30s was found with a severe head injury on Kingsland High Street in Dalston early Wednesday morning. Despite frantic CPR attempts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police and ambulance crews were called at 4:52 a.m. following reports of an unwell person near the Rio Cinema. Paramedics, including a hazardous area response team, battled to save him but failed.

Investigation Underway as Police Await Identification

Scotland Yard confirmed the death is “being treated as unexpected” while investigations continue. Officers are working to confirm the man’s identity and notify next of kin. No arrests have been made yet.
