Late-Night Brawl Shakes Nottingham’s Hounds Gate
Police were scrambled to Hounds Gate in the early hours of Monday, 1 May after reports of a man being assaulted at 3.25am.
Multiple Injured but No Life-Threatening Wounds
Officers soon found two more men with injuries at the scene. Thankfully, none of the wounds appear to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Three Men Arrested Amid Violent Disorder Inquiry
Two suspects, aged 20 and 25, have been arrested for violent disorder. A 27-year-old is currently questioned over possession of an offensive weapon in public.
Police Hunting CCTV and Witnesses
“We are working hard to piece together what happened,” said Detective Inspector Jon Kerry. “We want to speak to anyone who saw the incident or has footage—dashcam, CCTV, or mobile—that could help us.”
He added: “This is an isolated incident and unrelated to our ongoing murder probe. We take all weapon crimes extremely seriously and will act robustly.”
