Watch Thief Makes Dash from Goldsmiths in West Quay
At 4.07pm on Wednesday, February 23, a man brazenly walked into Goldsmiths at West Quay and asked to see three pricey Breitling watches. As soon as the assistant handed them over, he grabbed all three and sprinted straight out.
Suspect Makes Quick Getaway Towards Podium Car Park
The thief bolted towards Marks and Spencer, then vanished out of West Quay heading for the Podium car park. The stolen timepieces are worth a staggering £23,050.
Police Hunt Slim Man in Black Hooded Jacket
The suspect is described as:
- Mixed ethnicity
- 5ft 6ins tall
- Slim build
- Short dark hair
- Wearing a long black hooded jacket similar to a Goose style
- Black trainers with white soles
- Black jeans
Police are eager to speak with anyone who recognises the man from CCTV footage or who has any information that could help catch him.
