In a major breakthrough, four men have been charged in connection with the mysterious death of Jack Barnes back in 2016.
The Accused Named
- Stephen Rowlands, Wearish Lane, Bolton
- Brian Gartside, Lime Grove, Bury
- Matthew Sellers, Heathfield Road, Bury
- Paul Fogarty, Monks Lane, Bolton
Serious Charges Laid
All four face a charge of unlawful act manslaughter. On top of that, Stephen Rowlands is also charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Next Steps in the Court Case
The men are due in Manchester Magistrates Court on 4 January 2024 to answer the serious allegations.
