A 76-year-old man’s death following a road traffic collision on Ashton Road, Bredbury, on August 5, 2023, has led to charges against Caleb Mansfield-Marr of St Paul’s Gardens, Hyde.
The charges include causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death while disqualified, causing serious injury while disqualified, and causing death while uninsured.
Mansfield-Marr appeared before the court and has been remanded. His next court appearance is scheduled at Minshull Street Crown Court on November 3, 2023.
