Body Found in Kent Lake: Who Was Michal Brom?
Kent Police are on the hunt for witnesses after the body of 34-year-old Czech national Michal Brom was found in a lake near West Kingsdown.
Tragic Discovery Near Golf Club
Officers were called to a lakeside spot connected to the 1 Golf Club in Ash on September 4, 2023, at roughly 2.45pm. Michal’s death was confirmed at the scene. While police say the death isn’t suspicious, they want to know what he was doing in such a remote spot.
Stranger in a Strange Land
Detective Sergeant Graham Norman said it’s unclear why Michal ended up here. He only arrived in the UK in July 2023, making his movements before his death a mystery. The police are urging anyone who saw Michal around Ash or had contact with him to come forward.
“We want to hear from anyone who recognises Michal or has information about his activities in the days before his death,” said Det Sgt Norman.
