Woman Seriously Injured in Horror Blackheath Crash
Police are hunting witnesses after a woman was badly hurt in a smash involving a lorry in Blackheath.
Morning Collision on A2 Shooters Hill Road
The crash happened at 7:25am on Wednesday, 8 November, near the Duke Humphrey Road junction. A 25-year-old woman was hit by a lorry on the A2 Shooters Hill Road.
Officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics rushed to the scene. The woman was taken to hospital and remains in a life-threatening condition.
Lorry Driver Stays, No Arrests Yet
The lorry driver stopped at the scene and is cooperating with police. No arrests have been made.
Witnesses Urgently Needed
Detectives from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit want anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to get in touch.
