Man Seriously Injured in Canterbury Lorry Crash
Police are hunting witnesses after a serious collision near Canterbury left an elderly man fighting for his life.
Crash Details
Kent Police were called to the scene at the junction of Sturry Hill and Island Road, Sturry, around 12.20pm on Friday 19 January 2024. A white Scania Tipper lorry struck a pedestrian, a man in his 80s.
Emergency crews rushed the victim to a London hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
