Peacehaven Man Charged Over Threatening Rampage

Andrew Sinclair, 54, of Trafalgar Close in Peacehaven, is in hot water after a string of terrifying incidents. Between February 17 and March 8, Sinclair allegedly launched aggressive verbal attacks on strangers in public, sparking police intervention.

Serious Charges Laid

On March 12, Sinclair was hit with multiple charges. They include threats to kill, three counts of using threatening or abusive language to incite fear or violence, plus two counts of threatening to damage property. The allegations paint a grim picture of public intimidation.

Bail and Upcoming Court Date

Sinclair has been released on conditional bail. He must appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 11 to face the music and answer the serious accusations against him.
