Trowbridge, Wiltshire – Wiltshire Police are urgently seeking witnesses following a disturbing incident of violence at a local pub in Trowbridge last night, April 20th.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:50pm at the King’s Arms pub, where a man in his 40s was subjected to a brutal assault in the establishment’s garden area. The victim sustained severe facial injuries as a result of the attack.
A suspect, identified as a man in his 20s, has since been apprehended by authorities on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He currently remains in custody, undergoing questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.
In light of this concerning event, Wiltshire Police are urging anyone who witnessed the assault or may have observed any suspicious activity in or around the pub premises, particularly in the lead-up to the incident, to come forward and assist with their inquiries.
