Teen Arrested After Bromley Stabbing Horror

Teen Charged with Attempted Murder and Machete Possession
The attacker, also a 16-year-old whose name is withheld due to his age, has been charged with attempted murder. He also faces charges for carrying a machete in public.
Stabbing Happened Near Local School
The shocking attack took place on April 17 around 3:50 p.m., right opposite Launcelot Primary School. Headteacher Ms Osbaldeston confirmed the incident occurred away from school grounds and after most pupils had left for the day.
“We ensured any remaining children were collected safely from after-school clubs,” she said. “Older children who usually travel independently were arranged to be collected by an adult.”
