Emergency services were called to Croydon Road in Bromley today following a collision between a van and a car. The incident occurred at around 12:20 pm, leading to temporary road closures and a swift response from police and paramedics.

Incident Details

The Metropolitan Police reported that they were alerted to the crash involving a van and a car on Croydon Road, near the junction with Prestons Road, at approximately 12:20 pm. Officers and emergency services arrived promptly at the scene.

A person was treated at the scene, and the road has since reopened,” said a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police.

The London Ambulance Service was also quick to respond. We were called at 12:23 pm to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Croydon Road and Prestons Road, West Wickham,” stated a spokesperson for the service.
