Wiltshire Police Hunt Suspects After Melksham Dog Attack

Wiltshire Police are urgently seeking the public’s help to identify two people after a vicious dog attack in Melksham.

Attack Caught on Shurnhold Fields

The incident happened on May 26 between 1.15pm and 1.30pm at Shurnhold Fields. A woman was walking her dog when she spotted two other dogs on leads with their owners nearby.

Suddenly, one dog broke free and charged at the victim and her pet. Trying to shield her dog, the woman picked it up — but the loose dog bit her arm, causing painful puncture wounds.

Police Seek Help to ID Two Key Suspects

The suspects are believed to know each other, and police have released a photo of them, appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
