Noel Radford Pleads Not Guilty to Speeding and Driver ID Charges
Noel Radford, the dad famous for having 22 kids, has pleaded not guilty to speeding and refusing to reveal a driver’s identity. The 53-year-old from Morecambe faces claims of speeding in a Porsche on the Bay Gateway at Torrisholme on November 6, 2023. He’s also accused of failing to provide driver details after an incident in Preston on December 14.
Speeding on Bay Gateway and Driver ID Refusal
Radford reportedly blew past the 40mph speed limit on the Bay Gateway, leading to the speeding charge. In a separate incident in Preston, he allegedly refused to give information about the driver of a Porsche, stirring up further legal trouble.
Case Heads to Magistrates for September Trial
The matter was first heard at Preston Magistrates’ Court on May 31, where Radford entered his not guilty plea. His case has now been pushed to Lancaster Magistrates’ Court, with a trial date set for September 2.
