Farnham Drug Dealer Locked Up for Four Years
A 23-year-old Farnham man has been slapped with a four-year prison sentence for supplying cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis locally.
Craig Warner’s Drug Empire Busted
Craig Warner was sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on 5 June after pleading guilty to multiple drug supply charges. Police first caught wind of his activities last November when they arrested him. A search of his phone revealed thousands of incriminating messages, sparking a thorough raid on his home.
Officers uncovered large amounts of cash, bags of white powder, drug paraphernalia, and scales during the search. Despite Warner’s attempts to cover his tracks — regularly deleting messages and using disappearing texts — detectives still recovered plenty of evidence from text messages, Facebook, and Snapchat chats. His drugs were euphemistically dubbed ‘crisps’, ‘sweets’ and ‘packets’ in these coded exchanges.
Police Praise Sentence as a Win for the Community
“Drug dealing has no place in our community and can cause untold damage to the lives of many. We are pleased with this result and Warner will now spend the next four years in prison without being able to cause disruption in the local area,” said investigating officer PC Laidlaw.
