Three men have been charged in connection with an incident at an address in Thurncourt. The charges stem from an investigation into the death of a woman who was found deceased in a property on Radiant Road.
The Accused:
1. Carl Sanders (48): Mr. Sanders, residing on Flamborough Road in Leicester, faces multiple charges. These include preventing the lawful burial of a body, burglary, and three counts of fraud by false misrepresentation.
2. Richard Chapman (39): Mr. Chapman, who has no fixed address, has been charged with burglary.
3. Christopher Chapman (35): Like his brother Richard, Christopher Chapman also has no fixed address and faces burglary charges.
All three men are currently in custody and appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court in Saturday
Investigation Details:
The incident came to light after the discovery of the deceased woman in a property on Radiant Road. A post-mortem examination has been conducted, and further tests are underway as authorities continue their investigation.
Two additional men, aged 48 and 39, were arrested in connection with the case. However, they have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
