Family Pays Heartbreaking Tribute to Murdered Son TG

After Maurice Jones was sentenced for the murder of Tsvetomir Genov, known affectionately as TG, his family has released a moving tribute along with photos to honour their beloved son, brother, and father.

Nearly One Year Since TG’s Tragic Death

“It is nearly one year since our first-born, our awesome boy, was taken from us,” the family said. “He was just 20 years old and full of dreams. He was left no chance to be saved after that horrific knife attack. His murderer has been found guilty and sentenced, but nothing can bring TG back. He lives in our hearts and memories, but he is no longer here.”

They added: “Life isn’t the same without him. We thought the day we were told of his death was the hardest, but it was even worse to see him in the coffin. Burying your child is unbearable — it’s not right, and the pain never goes away.”

Legacy Shattered: A Father Taken Too Soon

TG had just started his adult life. “He was adventurous, independent, charming, and had a good soul,” the family revealed. “His little boy, only 16 months old, will never see or hear his daddy again. He won’t get advice from him or grow up with him. We fear our grandson won’t remember his father at all.”

“None of us will see TG’s smile or hear his laughter again. A huge part of our hearts has been ripped out. It’s not fair, not right. We loved him so much and hope he knows we will always look after his little boy. The pain and emptiness we feel will never heal.”

Remembering TG and Supporting Those Affected

Tsvetomir’s family is grappling with a devastating loss. His kind nature and promising future left a lasting mark on all who knew him. Their tribute shines a light on both the tragedy and the ongoing impact on his young son.

The family’s vow to care for TG’s child shows their fierce love and resilience amidst heartbreak. TG’s spirit lives on in their cherished memories and dedication to honour his life.
