Man Targets Teens for Explicit Photos in Kent Parks
Two Separate Incidents in Broad Daylight
At around 3pm on Thursday 25 July 2024, two 16-year-old girls in Whatman Park were approached by a man. He allegedly asked the teenagers to take explicit photos of him.
Just two hours later, a similar incident unfolded on St Peter’s Street, where two more girls were targeted with the same disturbing request.
Kent Police Launch Investigation
Both incidents were quickly reported to Kent Police, who have launched an investigation. Officers have been scouring CCTV footage from the areas to track down the suspect.
Police Release CCTV Images of Suspect
Detectives have now released two CCTV images of a man they want to question. Authorities urge anyone who recognises him or has information to come forward.
