Wiltshire Police Appeal for Witnesses After Serious Collision on A4, West Kennet

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision between a cyclist and a motorcyclist on the A4, West Kennet, yesterday evening.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:10 p.m. on 11 September, with both vehicles travelling eastbound towards Marlborough when they collided.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, sustained potentially life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for urgent medical attention. The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was also transported to the hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Wiltshire Police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage that could assist in their investigation to come forward. Individuals can contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597, quoting crime reference number 54240107753.
