Teenager Killed in Tragic Plaistow Crash
Heartbreak on Barking Road as 18-year-old Maryam Nabil Shuwey from Stratford loses her life in a fatal collision. On October 15, a Nissan Juke mounted the pavement and struck Maryam, who tragically died at the scene.
Driver Arrested and Released on Bail
The driver, a 45-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was treated in hospital before being taken into police custody. Authorities have since released him on bail pending further investigation.
